I will be eating clean again now that I am back in my own house and not visiting relatives. Unless I'm mistaken, my food log is visible to my friends list.0

Hi all,
I'll be trying to move into a more whole food way of eating as my other food runs out at the house. Just started with a trainer at the gym and he wants me to try clean eating, so I'm just starting to take those steps. Would love to know others who are trying to do the same. Feel free to add me. My log is open to friends as well, but I'll be transitioning for another week or so.0 -
Feel free to add me. I aim for primal otherwise eat fairly clean. I have an open diary (although it has been a little junk food heavy the past couple of weeks as I've been on holiday so ignore that! )0

Feel free to add me as well. I'm working on keeping my diet as clean as possible with whole foods, but I do use protein shakes. So, I am not perfect either, but strive to get there.0

You can add me too. I started clean eating a few weeks ago and it's been great for my heartburn and indigestion problems, not to mention weigh loss. Though I can't say I've been 100% clean, I do slip sometimes. But even so, I've feel I'm on the right track. One I can stay on.0

My husband and I are beginning the clean eating lifestyle too! Ok well I am making him do it, but he is not opposed to it! We are making some changes and cleaning out the cupboards. I would love some ideas and support!! Add me if you would like! This is something that I feel is important and he is 55 and I am 49 and we should have begun this years ago really, but when we were young we didn't feel like we needed to! Now we are desperately trying out things as we our friends and cowokers suffering from heart attacks Type II diabetes, high cholesterol and a myriad of other health issues. We are just beginning life as grandparents and we need to be around for a long time!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.............
Could I ask what is wrong with protien shakes? We have one a day, and we just started juicing this week. We have a juice every morning, which has helped cut back on the coffee and cream. we are feeling better already after only 3 days.............0 -
I am looking for more friends to join me on my weight loss journey! I try to eat clean and at least 50% raw as a goal but it is a process. I am working hard everyday at doing a better job.0

I try to eat clean most of the time. It's not always possible, of course, but I do my best! I'm happy to add friends who are also trying to adopt clean eating habits.
My current focus is on eating mostly whole, minimally-processed foods as often as possible. I don't follow any strict eating rules other than trying to completely avoid sugar and fat-laden snacks, fast food, deep-fried food, 'white' foods (white bread, rice, pasta), and foods with lots of artificial ingredients.
I must admit, however, that sometimes I find it almost impossible to resist the urge to chow down on junk food. Until I got my chronic depression under control a few years ago, I had seriously disordered eating habits: periods of binge eating, sometimes followed by severe calorie restriction. Since I drastically improved my mental health by getting adequate treatment for my depression, my disordered eating habits have mostly disappeared. Still, I sometimes can't resist junk food when it's within hand's reach. I struggle with this, but I know gaining mastery over my food intake is the way to achieve my weight loss goals.
Please understand that I seek friends who will motivate me to do my best and not criticize me if I mess up sometimes. Believe me, I know it when I've eaten unhealthy foods!0 -
You can add me, I'm also looking for more clean eating friends. I am not 100% clean, but trying to strive for more whole foods.0

I cook all my food. I try my best to stay away from unhealthy and stick with healthy recipe. It's not that hard when I am making Thai food all the time. Please add me and feel free to message me. Thank you and good luck.0
