BIG & TALL AUGUST CHALLENGE!

Ok, let's keep this going, even if I'm the only one using it.

Starting stats as of 8/5/13:

Weight - 306 lbs
Biceps - 19"
Chest - 54"
Waist - 46"
Neck - 18.5"

I am adding cardio to the weights so I can finally break this barrier of 300 lbs.

Anyone else want to record their measurements for August and show off their progress?

    I haven't done measurements, but I should probably do that sometime soon...

    can I get in on this? :) I don't have all those measurements... but out of curiosity, are the muscle ones done at rest or in a "pumped" (i.e. right after workout) state? Oh, and I think given the topic of this group maybe height should be included. here's me:

    height: 6'6"
    this morning's weight: 308
    waist: 41"
    biceps (at rest): 16"

    I do all my tape measurements at rest on Saturday right after I weigh in, first thing in the morning. No pump, as you say.

    I like adding our height to this. I'm 6'2".
