Definitely my favorite workout-- I love all the boxing and how Shaun T is all rhythmic with it!

W2D3 Speed 1.0 done! I really like this workout, too--the stretch/stability breaks give enough recovery time to really go for it during the burnout. Today I just noticed that the burnout on this one is 8.5 minutes long(!) Picked up 3-lb dumbbells for the boxing moves this time--I could really feel it in my core and it got me a little more of a burn.0

I agree, this is definitely my favorite workout. I'm sad that they take it out on week 5 and replace it with a third day of total body circuit. Since we're halfway through week 3 is everyone getting pumped for Beta??0
