I started Focus T25 again on Tuesday and looking for others who are currently doing the workout so we can connect and share ideas and experiences.
I noticed the group seems to be lulling a bit. Is everyone still here?? Does anyone need a pick-me-up on motivation or anything? I know we all started T25 for a reason and I'm sure we're all super busy, but I want to help keep everyone accountable.
T25 Week 3 results: Weight down 3.3 lbs for a total of 12.4 lbs so far! Waist down .25" for a total of 5" so far on my waist alone!
It's STATurday time to write down your measurements on the calendar and stay motivated. I have to say mine are a little odd. So far over the 2 week period I've lost 1.2 pounds, lost 1 inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips, but gained 1/2 an inch in my chest. Which I'm not a large chested person so I'm so not complaining…
Wow, I was able to get through them again today. I started with the Lower Focus DVD and them I modified about 1/2 of the Ab Interval DVD. I almost nailed the Lower Focus and thinking I might be able to do it next time since the next day I don't have to think about doing another workout with it. I'm excited to see how week…
felt like I had more energy today...it was easier than the last time I did the cardio. I guess a good rest helps out a lot.
Definitely my favorite workout-- I love all the boxing and how Shaun T is all rhythmic with it!
Today was a 'barely made it' day. I only had half of my shakeology this morning and I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it. Although I did attempt more of the moves un-modified so that's a plus! Those plank walks with squats and spiders are a killer though. How is everyone else feeling?

Cardio was easier for me to get through today. I didn't have to go down to modifications until we were doing the jump squats and that was for no more than 10 seconds. I also had another one I modified for 2 moves right before the burnout, but other than that I was able to keep up. It felt amazing. It was much better for me…
