I ate ice cream at neighborhood night out!

I made healthy pad Thai & had one moderate size serving. Yum, it's so good.

Today was good. Althought the afternoon headache sucked!!
I did a grueling 45min workout in the AM which included running and ab work.
I caved and ate a rice krispie treat
I didn't eat tater tots at dinner!! (hubby & friend did)

How did your day go? It went ok on the whole.
What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us! I did just over an hour of cycling in total and a big upper body strength workout with dumbbells
What did you struggle with? fueling my workout. I don't think I'd eaten enough beforehand, and I didn't eat soon enough after, so I felt pretty ill in the evening
What are your wins for the day? Completed my upper body workout with 5kg weights instead of my usual 2.5kg!
