So far so good... down about 5lbs.. staying on target for my meals and the workouts have not been awfull lol. Continued luck to all0

Down 6.5 lbs...a day behind...gonna play catch up tonight since I have NO plans at all after work! Shoulders and Arms and then Stretch X...I WILL try the Yoga again, just don't feel ready to tackle that one just yet.
