P90X Modified?
OK I have started P90X, and I am on day 3 (shoulders and arms I believe) and a friend of mine gave me her DVD's, but I don't have any weights or restraint bands or pull up bars! Weekly check-in
I know everyone is busy with life and its hard/a pain in the *kitten* to get on here everyday so let's ALL try to check in once a week! We can share our weekly weigh-in's/pounds lost, goals, progress and set-backs or whatever you'd like. =) I will check in on Monday's!
