Weekly check-in

I know everyone is busy with life and its hard/a pain in the *kitten* to get on here everyday so let's ALL try to check in once a week! We can share our weekly weigh-in's/pounds lost, goals, progress and set-backs or whatever you'd like. =) I will check in on Monday's!

    Hello all, had a bit of a slip today, went to Arby's with some friends... but all in all have done ok so far.. Down 2.4lbs so far..

    Today is week one day 6. Making it through the workouts better than I expected. I'm sore, but it's a good sore. It might be a fluke, but I've already lost 2 inches in my waist. My weight went up two pounds earlier in the week, but as of today I'm down those two + so I'm happy. The hubs was supposed to be doing this with me but hasn't started yet. I have a feeling I'll be in this alone till it's over. He was supposed to be using this as Tough Mudder prep that's coming up at the end of the month. Oh well :) I'm doing it with or without him!

    August 8th
    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I managed 185 min.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    Drank 8 glasses water.
    Keeping active and motivated!
    Lost 3.75 inches overall neck to calf. I find it is helpful to measure all areas in order to see where the loss is occurring as well as for keeping motivated. Sometimes the weight loss isn't much, but the inches come off. After all, muscle is heavier than fat.
  • Great job guys!!! I haven't checked in bc I've been sick ,GRRRR!!! Lol..I'm much better now so here I am...=)
    I have been sticking to my workouts except for Saturday ( ugh, I had a hangover. Smh ) I will be making up the workout today and I've decided to add an extra workout maybe every day, we'll see how my body handles it, I won't push too hard. My new clean eating has been going great, I already feel healthier and I swear my skin is almost glowing ( in the past 3 wks I've eaten processed food maybe 3 times, not bad at all ) now to stop snacking so much! Lol...I weighed in this morning and am up a pound. Ah well, I still feel better and my stomach has gone down so I'm cool with it....till next week anyway. Have a great week everyone!
