Day 7 complete 40 sit-ups 20 crunches 20 leg lifts and 30 sec. Planks.

hahaaa my 4 year old boy is with supporting mommy all the way. I let my 1 year old girl sit in my legs so I can be steady when I do sit up. They love my exercises and lough all the way.0 -
I got my 7 year old next to me doing it
my husband has even joined in!
