Vitamins/Supplements

Yes, I am just full of it (questions, I mean!) today!
I don't currently take any multivitamins or supplements of any kind. I've had the riot act read to me about not taking a multi, so I know I need to start. Is there one that's recommended more than others, or some particular vitamin/nutrient I should be looking for in mass amounts?
I guess my question is, what vitamins/supplements do you ladies take?

oh I so agree! for me it's a bit of a cushion - I started with the fish oil and glucosamine after I'd been running and my knee didn't like it, thought I'd give it every chance I could...0
