    1 hr 27 min hike.

    Drinking all my water.

    A huge hike!

    How did your day go? Would have been better if the niners won.

    What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us! Did 40 minutes or Pure Cardio, an hour of yelling, jumping and screaming at computer screen during the game.

    What did you struggle with? Trying to not over eat at panda express

    What are your wins for the day? Said no to alcohol and yes to water.

    We are a week+ in. Any nsv's? I have this fat like in my armpit that is starting to get smaller.

    Are you weighing in weekly? If so, share your successes I lost 2.8 pound this week weigh in again next Tuesday.

    How did your day go? It was busy at work which is good- better to be busy than bored

    What did you struggle with? Feeling tired

    What are your wins for the day? Have (finally) realized I could play my own music over workout video which makes the time fly and makes me work harder

    We are a week+ in. Any nsv's? A week straight of hitting my calorie goal

    How did your day go? It was awesome! I had the day off of work so that I could go to my kids' pool party at their preschool teacher's house.

    What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us! I exercised more yesterday than I ever have on one day. I went to the gym in the morning with my husband and did 35 minutes on the elliptical. I've been shy about trying the rowing machine but just sucked it up and did that for 10 minutes. Then back in the afternoon to the gym for 60 minutes of Body Pump.

    What did you struggle with? I brought a Texas Sheet Cake (Cooking Light recipe) to the party and probably ate a little bit too big of a piece, but I'm not beating myself for it.

    What are your wins for the day? My personal exercise record :)

    Are you weighing in weekly? If so, share your successes! I am weighing weekly and am so happy to report that I am past the plateau I hit in July. I was so happy to finally see the scale move.

    My days have been logging out better. I finally got back on the road running again. Haven't weighed in this week. I will tonight and get a number to you tomorrow. Have an awesome day, everybody.

    How did your day go?

    It went great yesterday. My Grandma's in town from SC. I live in CT. I took my mother and grandma to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner.

    What did you do for exercise? Break it down for us!

    Slim in six video for 50 minutes. I did the Keep it Up and Abs workout.

    What did you struggle with?

    Staying under cals because of the dinner. I was only 59 cals over my daily goal though. Not too bad.

    What are your wins for the day?

    Getting my workout in after dinner. It was a good burn.

    I notice my legs are looking slimmer. Very happy about that. My legs and stomach are my problems areas at the moment.

    Haven't weighed in for a few days but excited to see my progress.


    Today's my sister's bday so it'll be hard to get my workout in and stay under cals but I'm going to try. Have a great day everyone!

    Cycled just over an hour in total, and did an upper body workout circuit :)

    What did you struggle with?
    I went over my carb and sugar goals

    My upper body workout!

    I'm not sure what that means.. but I guess from the other answers it means what has improved? My endurance has improved since I made the effort to cycle every day, and my arms look more toned since I started lifting.

    I don't weigh myself but I lost 2 inches around my waist :)
