Just did my math and I'm at 2424 for the week, which means I hit my goal and I still have once more day. looks like I'm aiming a little higher next week. keep up the great work ladies0

370 today so yay have met my revised goal. 3609 cals in a week, it's amazing how quickly they've totalled up! Tomorrow is a rest day apart from shred where I will be on day 21 and moving on to level 3 :S0
