I'm done! The situps are actually starting to strain my back a little. I never would have thought I'd have trouble with the sit ups! Well, wasn't sore today from yesterday so doesn't seem to be a big concerned. So glad we still have some people active in here.0

Day 6 complete. It's definitely getting harder. The leg lifts were actually really difficult for me today. My abs are definitely sore.0

Day 2 done! Heheheh. Planks were easier today, but the leg lifts were harder. And possibly thanks to Zumba, it hurts to cough or laugh. > < I'm sore!0

6th day into the challenge and my back is KILLING me on sit-ups. I can do everything else, but can't get through the sit-ups. I can do about 1/2 before my back really starts to hurt. I use an exercise ball for the crunches and I add in love handle crunches as well.0
