Strength Goals Set

I was playing around with my 5/3/1 tracking spreadsheet and decided to plot out the predicted progression over the next year. It was a good exercise as it showed that I could hit my strength goals in that year. Very excited. Now I can track my progress against the target each week. Now all I have to do is eat enough to get there. Sara and SS will keep me on track. Just wanted to share.
