5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days

Helllo!!! I am staying in the green! always a plus :-)
I am getting veggies in , some fruit (but it is canned, so I always feel a little guilty)
I have REALLY slacked on the exercise----a new shift for me at work, still trying to balance my life
And the water, I am about halfway there.
My weight is at a stand still. Do you find that you are stuck and stuck then all of the sudden, for no apparent reason, pounds drop?
So weird.

i started a few years back, but had trouble with eating good and food allergies. found MFP at the advice of the registered dietitian at our clinic. i got serious about doing this when i dreamt i was 40 and in an ambulance with blockage in my neck arteries, i remember the doctors in my dream saying 90 percent in one and 100 in the other, it seemed so real, the doctors told me if i had changed things in my 30's i wouldn't be in the situation. it was so real and scary i woke up and knew i had to make some changes. it has been a slow journey but feel i have come a long way. i do need reminding lately as my eating has not been the greatest and have been feeling on this plateau for a while now gaining and losing the same 5-7 pounds.0
