I've started this a few times before but either got too eager and then burnt out or given up completely.
You start with 50 a day, then slowly build up to 250/300 by adding 5 more a day. Don't forget rest days.

Started on Sunday. I found a clever way to make time for this during the day. While at work--I do 25 squats every time I go to the restroom. BOOM!!0
