How's everyone doing? I had a sucess. Maybe not on the scale, but I have lost inches PLUS I walked a 5K on Saturday and did it in 1 hour and 4 min which comes out to be about 21 min miles. YEAH!! I was very happy with the results. So what successes has everyone else done?

    I am doing awesome on a bunch of levels but losing weight isn't one of them! I am eating healthy breakfast now. No soda and no caffeine. Not eating out at lunch except once a week. Oh and going to a new fabulous gym. I am going to try to go to yoga more often at the new gym. They have tons of classes I can try. But, I still eat out for lunch once a week and still have dinner out with Johnny too often, so the scale isn't moving at all! Ugh I will keep trying to add healthy things to my life and hopefully eventually the scale will move in the right direction.
