Yesterday I did two video workouts for a total time of 68 minutes. Great burn.

Wearing a pair of pants today that I haven't been able to fit into for a year :drinker:
I'm so motivated right now! I've worked out everyday this month except for the 9th which was my sister's birthday. I'm seeing results too!0 -
How's your day been?
It's been ok - I couldn't sleep at all last night so I had coffee for the first time in years today, which gave me crazy jitters! I skipped my evening roller derby practice because I think I might have been a danger on the track. I won't be trying coffee again any time soon! Next time I need energy I'll stick with green tea and fruits!
What did you do for exercise?
I cycled to work and back, but that's all.
What motivated you today?
I can see and feel my arms and legs getting stronger - the difference in just 13 days is pretty awesome0
