65 sit ups 85 crunches 42 leg raises and 55 s plank done plus a short run! Feeling good and my tummy is definitely feeling firmer. congratulations to everyone still in it!

    I'm technically on Day 6 today, but already I can feel a difference in my stomach and legs (I started doing some legwork at the same time I do the ab exercies). I also didn't rest on Day 4, because I ended up travelling the whole weekend and wasn't able to do my ab exercises where I was. Though I did hike a TON!

    day 10: done
    definitely getting harder. did the plank but on knees. really hard to hold the pose after doing all the reps.

    Forgot to check in so I am doing it now. Day 14 done. Good thing I did it before work because it was a crazy/stressful day.
