I'd like to get a jump start on this to start a new challenge for September. I would like to keep this pretty basic like this month. I don't want anything that takes a half hour to complete, as sometimes I only have a little more than that each day to exercise. Any thoughts, or areas you guys want to focus on for September? I'm thinking glutes or arms.

I vote arms. I never really know what to do with them and all that waving that seems to be going on.0 -
That's a great idea. We've started in the middle, move our way to the top and maybe October can be saved for legs and butt.0

Perfect! I'm so glad you guys want to do arms because I found another challenge like this one where it's three moves for arms instead of just push ups or just curls, etc. I will set up a separate group here in the next week or so we can get everyone on board! Thanks guys0

yep me too i am in! i always wantto do arms but i found push-up and biceps and triceps dips boring. but maybe with a little challenge like this one it will help meto stick to it.!!!0
