    Week 5 -- Day 1

    Got Total Body done this evening. Getting better with the planks and pushups. I was under the weather all last week -- way under -- so I have some catching up to do. I'll get it all in by the end of the week.

    Im debating on tacking on another week of the Alpha set, about 3 days missing. Should I double them up this week or add in another week?

    Hi Doll! I think just make them up when you can and keep the schedule going.

    Im still here and doing good. I havent missed a day yet (except the stretching). This week I can really feel that I have more flexibility! I still do alot of the mods, but even those I do much better with. I love this workout. Its hard and it has pushed me and I love it.

    Managed Cardio and Lower Focus today to make up for yesterday's... played with the puppy instead of exercising... excuse!! Our grand puppy is here for a weekend sleep over and, well...

    Tomorrow I'll get Total Body in to catch up and be ready for Monday.
