When you had your greatest success what were you doing?

When you had your greatest weight loss success- whether it be losing inches, pounds, or accomplishing a goal like a 5K- what were you doing to get you to your goal?
I had my greatest success last year when I was doing zumba 3-4 times a week and strength training 3 times a week.

I had my greatest strength when was working out 6 days a weekans like twice a day for like 3 days. I was .I was doing Zumba or hi/lo and making sure i get at least 2 miles in a day of walking and did 15-20 minutes ofg strength training 3-5 times a week. oh and drinking over 72 oz or more of water0

Is that something that you are doing now? Is that something that you can maintain over time and I know that you log in MFP, I do too and I love it- but do you have any kind of written journal to document that success?0

no written journal of if just logging my cardio, strenth training and food helps me out i might make some notes int e note sections though0
