Emotional eating got me again
I was not going to put my weight in because of my serious binge eating rampage. I just made a comittment for today not to cheat or binge. I worked out hard today and I started a 30 day count down for Shawn T.'s hip hop abs
I am on day 6 of a 30 day count down of 80 push ups a day
