I see alot of difference!!!!! Your belly is def flatter and your waist is more defined giving it more of an hour glass shape already :-) lookin good!!0

I can see the difference in all those pics posted.
I didn't take measurements as I don't have a tape measure but I have taken pics, only on day 3 but when I complete it I'll post my results. I'm in terrible shape at the moment though so I'm not sure pics will show up any improvements.
If I can see any after 10 days I'll post then. Oh and I'm not doing it everyday, but on the days I don't Iwalk or do a 1 hour aerobics class. So keeping active.

if you do them the smaller size and just put a space between rather than another line they will go next to each other. << if using that tinypic program or whatever it is. 320x240 something like that0

well done. deffinatly looking more toned on your waist and upper thigh. ill take some more of me later, meant to do it this morning but forgot to do before workout so im a bit water weighted now.0

I've never posted pictures, so forgive me if this doesn't work! Here are my before pictures. I'm trying to lose body fat and gain muscle, so I hope this workout helps! Me again. My profile pic is 5 days of the shred plus one day of couch to 5k. Not much of a difference but my tummy has drunk and my back fat has shrunk a bit. No measurements I'm afraid0
