    Hi Everyone,

    Looking for likeminded aussie friends to add and support. Im based in brisbane but would love just to have any australians :-)

    I believe you need to EAT to lose weight, that restricting your diet is dangerous and eating in moderation is the key.

    I know you need to be in the right place to WANT to lose weight for it to happen, and I am really excited to help any of you reach your goals!
