I'M SOO HAPPY!!

I stepped on the scale yesterday and I have lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!:happy: :happy: :happy:
I have just been trying to be careful not to eat too much, and I have been sticking with my exercise. I think that the exercise is the number one motivator for me. If that's what it's going to take. KEEP IT COMING!!!!
