Just finished making and eating induction friendly pancakes. Delicious! What are your favorite induction friendly recipes?

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Nature's Best® Perfect® Zero Carb Isopure™ - Cookies & Cream
2 eggs
Water
Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup Butter Flavor

Whisk together & thin to pancake batter consistency with milk or water.

Add cinnamon, stevia, nutmeg or cocoa if desired (I used splenda and cinnamon)

Directions

Mix and fry in hot, lightly greased, skillet

Serving Size: Make 4 pancakes

Number of Servings: 4

I made one small pancake and one HUGE pancake LOL. Only managed to eat the small one. Best part, no carbs in the protein shake and the Syrup used is made with splenda.

The isopure is just a protein powder right? If I use a different one it will still taste good?

Yes you can use another protein powder BUT I use Isopure because its ZERO carbs and won't kick me out of ketosis. I prefer to eat the protein versus drinking it.

Very lol. It makes sense to me if you're going to buy it anyway for post workout, or if you already have it.
