I am trying to increase my exercise time and intensity. Doing Rockin' Body, Turbo Jam, and walking my dog or biking with her 3 x a day.
Just bought Slim 6 Deluxe from Beachbody as well as Shakeology. Hope to incorporate that in as well every day.
Don't know when I will have time to clean, but I think it is high time that I spend time on myself!
Before, it was always the children that came first, but now I think it is my time.
I do teach my son as well, so that takes 4-5 hrs as well.
