here is the direct link to the protein muffins i make and then i freeze and take out. They are my before-workout snack with coffee every morning.. like 100 cals.

I prefer to just drink it right after working out. With coconut milk or my raw milk for more calories. The things that I have tried cooking came out kind of dry. Though, these are some great blogs with ideas on what to make and what kind cooks the best, etc.
