Yay Level one down!! And pictures!

Everyone has had such great results certainly helps keeping me motivated by seeing progress pictures, I almost quit yesterday But I'm determined to get to the end of this now.

Thanks I've just been really struggling with the exercises the first week I damaged my ankle which is still hurting and I've got damage to my back due to a car accident I was in earlier this year, I feel like I cannot push myself as much as I maybe need to. It's nice to have clothes fit better though.0

Ok, here you guys go. Not much change, though I did not really expect a whole lot in a short period of time. I think results would've been more drastic with more workouts. This is two weeks of 4 days/week working out. 1st week on level 1, 2nd on level 2.

theres definitely improvement. i can see your arms are bigger, dont know whether its the angle but it definitely looks as though your EHEM boobs have got bigger. belly button sitting higher and so is your bum.0 -
Definitely must be the angle of the camera because there's no way my boobs would get larger! LOL! Wishful thinking for me! :laugh:
Actually posting this has really made me want to push myself harder so I can have better results! I can admit there are places where I don't push as hard as I should. I would love to have results like some of you other girls have, but I really need to push myself harder!
So, thanks for pushing me to post I will take pictures on Friday and see if there is a difference!0 -

I have to say... I honestly wasn't anticipating seeing a difference (hence the crazy look on my face). I've only lost 3 lbs. Take pictures, ladies! This is really motivating me to finish the Shred. I can tell my tummy is a little smaller and my booty is lifted. And in only 2 weeks!

Not my smartest move, but I only recorded my waist. I It's about 1.5 inches down. I measured my bust after about a week and it's down about an inch. Seeing these pictures shows me I NEED to be measuring! Change is happening!0

I've done that too, forgot to take measurements or pics. But now I think I've got it all down and I'm always so thankful that I did. It's great to actually see the change although I can still feel it in my body. Either way, you're doing great and can't wait for the next set0 -
Well I thought I'd keep um my 1-8-15 formula with progress pics and so here we are 8 days into level 2! I can't see too much a difference, well maybe in the shoulder a bit, but I can feel a major change in my body and that's what counts
I'll be back in a week to post my 15 day results!!0 -

Okay ladies. I made it through level two of the shred, whew that level was rough but fun! So here is my progress pics.

I also lost 3 pounds since the start of the shred and 9.5 inches! I had to re add that a few times haha

Thank you! I tell you some days I just feel like giving up and thinking that I'm not really making any difference, especially during shark week when I feel like a whale and want to eat everything! But when I look at the progress pics and measurements, I can tell that slowly but surely, changes are happening
I don't think I'm getting a six pack quite yet, or maybe I am and I still have a layer of fat to lose to show it. This is standing up, as you ladies know its a whole different picture when you're sitting down haha0
