Hi all

New to the group but been on MFP a few months with no loss i think i am most definitely under eating my MFP has me on 2090 cals a day :S for a big bloke of 339 lbs i am thinking that is wrong

Would someone be kind enough to help me work out my TDEE ?

    Use the spreadsheet referenced on my profile page, because you really want some best estimates and a place to log progress.

    It may be decent goal, just depends on if you have a whole lot LBM than expected on average.
