Thanks for starting the check in today Mayonie! When I started I thought the planks would be impossible once I got over a minute but I did get up to 80 today...with some shaking! The leg raises are killing me. I do about 15 in a set and split them up otherwise they start hurting my tailbone too. Congrats to everyone who is still in this!0

Day 21 done for me. Everyone still in the is amazing. There are some days I tell myself I am done as the numbers get higher but then I overcome that thought and do it anyway.0

Done day 10...leg raises are a piece of cake...I breaks sit UPS into 2 parts with 5 seconds break.0
