The first challenge will be a warming up for the others. It starts the 1 september and it ends the 30th.
Challenge: Love the burn!
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Minimum calories: 1.500/1500
For this challenge it doesn't matter how you burn your calories only how many. Who can keep up this month and was the best burner during this challenge, can say what he/she wants for the next challenge. But remember this is not a game where you win or loose. We are all winners!

Well since today is the first day that I have burned over 1k calories (and it was easy and fun) I think I can do this.
One Q: do we burn a TOTAL of these calories between the 3 days, or will it be the amount burned each day?0 -
It will be the minimum amount for every day! Just know if your diet tells you to eat around 1500 cals and you will burn 1500 cals, you can eat more calories! Burned 1150 cals! Did not make it but I gave it my best effort.0

I am slightly bummed out because I didn't work out at all yesterday. When you live with your parents, they are definitely going to mess up your plans! :grumble: I am going to make today count!0
