Any one else with a EDD of April?
If all goes as my husband would like he will have a baby for his birthday as our EDD is April 6th which is his birthday.

Another April EDD here! April 16, but all of the other kids were late so I'm shooting for April 21.0

I have my first doctors appointment the 23rd. But according to Pregnancy Center.com my EDD is April 15th 0

EDD April 17th, but I have yet to see my dr either. This will be my 3rd baby, my 2nd was actually born last April (the 1st). And my oldest is only 19 months now.. All very close together!0

Whooooo! In a few days (on Thursday) is our first appt. This is my first time, so all I know to expect is lots of questions and bloodwork - and hopefully an ultrasound! Have you ladies had your first appt yet. What else should I expect?

Just got a BFP on Friday evening so haven't even made a doctor's appointment. According to the online due date calculators the EDD is April 24! This is our first. So excited.0

EDD 20th April. Its our first I just wished that I weighed alot less when I fell pregnant. But all that aside, and we are completely excited! Our first appointment is this Saturday. 0

EDD April 14th with my second. My daughter is 5 and will be almost 6 when I have this baby so I feel like I need to be re-trained on the infant stage. A lot more sick with this pregnancy as well. Looking forward to hearing everyone's progess in this group! 0

Just had my first OB appt today! BP was good - 96/56. My uterus is right along with 8 weeks. Tons of blood work drawn. We have to wait until Wednesday for our first ultrasound, but I'm so much more reassured after my appt today! The only thing - I've already gained 5lbs. Bahhhh! My due date is approx. April 1-3, but we'll know for sure next week after the ultrasound 0

Is it okay with you ladies if I lurk this thread? I'm due end of Sept/early Oct but I just found out one of my close friends is pregnant and due somewhere between 4/18-4/25 - I'm so excited for her, it will be her first!0

I go to my First Dr's appt this Friday, but the due date calculator says April 16th
I'm excited and nervous. I was trying to wait until I lost a lot more weight, but I lose 60 lbs, period gets on track and boom!0 -
Had first apt yesterday, almost fainted at the Lab when they took blood, I am usually pretty good with getting blood taken, but when I was laying there trying to re-compose, the technician asked if I had eaten enough before I came...I realized that yeah....nothing that I had eaten that morning had stayed in....oops. Getting a dating U/S next week.0

Had our first ultrasound on Wednesday. I got teary-eyed seeing the little bean on the screen and hearing the heartbeat - there was nothing like it! EDD now April 6, now April 3 :happy:0

I had an early ultra sound on Wednesday also after an early loss in May. Everything looks lovely, seen heartbeats and we're having twins. Edd now moved to April 5th but twins do go to normal term so looks like our babies will probably be March babies now!0

I'm due April 12th!! First baby. Have my first appt next Wed! Wish I lost more weight before this point and tempted to lose weight so I don't get extra huge, but I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!0

April 29th for me and its my first! I don't have my first drs apt/ultrasound until 9 weeks, which is another month away. Did anyone else have to wait that long? I am feeling nervous.0

IronWill, I have read that in extreme cases it is ok to lose during pregnancy, or attempt to stay the same weight, but ONLY if your dr gives you the go ahead. I believe thats for BMIs over 35 or 40, when the risk of the weight is more than the risk of weight loss.0

I have to wait until 11 weeks for my first appt! It's killing me! My EDD is April 16th, so I'm right at 7 weeks now. I still have to wait a whole month

They won't see me until I'm 10-12 weeks.. I can't even schedule the appointment until I'm 8 weeks ... 5.5 weeks down.. 4.5 to go before I get to find out if my babe's healthy! :sad:0

My first apt was at 8 weeks and DR sent me for a dating U/S at just over 8 weeks...otherwise I wouldn't have had a U/S until 20 weeks. I was so happy to see the bean (even though it didn't look like much), and hear a healthy heartbeat...I feel like I can relax more now....
Now if only bean would behave and give me some non-nausea times to get some food and exercise in....ohhhh well.0 -
I'm due 4/10 and had my first ultrasound at 6wks 1day. They had me come in so early because they went off of my last period date, even though I knew I wasn't that far along, but they had to know for sure. So far, I have had 5 different ultrasounds in my 2 appointments.
I'm going to be induced a week early, so given my doctor's schedule, I'm guessing 4/2 will be the birth date.
This is my third. My first two were very quick labors and being 45 minutes away from the hospital makes me nervous, so my doctor agreed that being induced again was best. My pregnancies have been very similar.
The worst part is that I'm constantly sick. I was sick with my first until 7 months (girl) and 6 months (boy) with my second. I'm hoping for only 5 months of sickness this time!! I'm very hungry, but very afraid to eat! :ohwell:0 -
EDD of April 13. Have my 12 week scan coming up on October 4. This is my first pregnancy and baby :-)0
