                    I just finished my 5 a.m. walk.  Every now and then we will fall off track.  The most important thing to do is get right back on track.  This week I plan on staying on track so I can reach my goals.

            Deciding whether to do a 30 minute "hardcore bosu" workout or an hour "fat burning" cl;*kitten* tomorrow, havent done either before and its my last workout before 3 weeks in italy, want to make it a good one!!0
