    I'm fairly new as well! I am looking for some new friends too!

    What you gain with me as a friend:

    *I log in at least daily

    *I'm pretty engaged and love to cheer people on

    *I keep current food diary

    *I am not on an extreme "diet" (I am on a caloric limit based on tdee, I have heavily reduced processed food - not perfect though :), I also limit starchy foods like bread, refined baked goods, pasta, and potatoes - again not perfect )

    *I cook/prepare most (90%) of my meals

    What we lose together:

    *Weight!!
