So, we are really getting into it now; how is everyone doing? I've upped my calories but still remain eating clean. I am enjoying a lot of vegetables, fruits, brown rice etc as well about 2 liters of water each day. I'm also keeping on with 20 minutes of yoga -- originally I wanted to do an hour, but it seems easier to get myself on the mat for just 20 minutes than struggle through a whole hour at my current shape.
Also riding the bike is a good cardio -- it's one of the few I can do while still sitting down :P
P.S. I haven't stepped on the scale I might do that next Saturday ( give myself a weeks grace from upping the calories!)

My husband surprised me with pizza and my favourite rum to celebrate getting hired with the school district last week! I had my interview before they closed for the summer, but they reopened this past week and called to set up orientation Other than that I've been doing okay, always room for improvement though.
I was surprised that I could fit a couple of drinks into my calories with coke 0, but would like to find some alternatives to get rid of the aspartame....I'm thinking homemade blueberry, strawberry or blackberry rum lemonade? Probably quite a few more calories, but I'm definitely going to have to fit one in this weekend! Mmmm

Hubby mentioned a couple days ago my butt looked smaller so decided to measure today. 1 inch off waist and hips!! Hope another inch will come off with the next 10 lb loss. Need to up the exercise. Still too hot in OK to get out and walk unless I get up at 0-dark-30.0
