Looking for verification of my TDEE...

I just want to get a double check to make sure my TDEE is correct. I am 6'-2", 200 pounds with an estimated body fat of 19%. I do between 2-3 hours of heavy compound lifts with 2 minute rests, 2 hours of dumbbell circuit training, and about 6-10 miles of extra walking between 3-4 mph per week. I am thinking I land somewhere between moderately active and very active, but probably closer to very active. I do have a sedentary office job though. I estimate my TDEE to be about 3200 kcal. Does this sound about right?

If you want a rough estimate based on time, it really should include your non-exercise daily activity too, because what if you are a desk jockey, or a mailman, or in-between? That counts too.

Also, is that 2 hrs daily of compound lifts? Or weekly total? I'm hoping weekly total.

This is rough method, and in there is link to best estimate method, depending on what you desire.

All of my workout time is weekly. Also, it was your calculation that I used Heybales, it just seemed a little high. But it seems to be working out so far...

Oh, in that case it sounds exactly right. :drinker:

You scared me with 2 hrs of compound lifting daily. I was trying to picture what such a routine could possibly be to see benefit from.
