hungry day... week?

does anyone else have "hungry days?" you know those days when you can't seem to eat enough, and when you eat as much as your body keeps telling you, you go WAY over on cals????

i'm having a hungry week- and i keep eating, because i am hungry. and, well, i just wanted to know if any other boobie buddies have these days (weeks) too.

    Every now and again I have a day or two when I just can't seem to eat enough. They appear to coincide with days that my baby wants to eat all the time, so I would guess the extra feedings signal my hunger. I haven't had more than two days in a row like that, but if it's longer, it might be a growth spurt for your baby!

    How about a hungry month?! I can never eat enough! I don't really worry about it though...I haven't been logging since the baby was born but I'm still losing so I just figure it's all ok. Have you given yourself the extra 500 calories for bfing?
