well i am done alpha phase tomorrow and not much of a change for me. i have lost no inches, i have 2 different measuring tapes and can't remember which one i used to take my measurements, ugh... so with one i have all the same but the other i lost 0.5 inch off my thighs and hips. I am bouncing in the weight dept but i started at 116.4 today i was 114.6 but seem to average around 115-115.5. her eis my pics from day 1 to today!

Urg that's frustrating to have not much change on the tape measure....but can I just say you already looked fantastic in the "before"s?
I would have supreme difficulty saying even where on your body could use improvement, you kinda look "done" (although I understand we are never "done"). I guess what I am saying is at this point, I would only focus on re-composition, like maybe a certain body part you wanted to be more "cut", but no way do you need to lose more scale weight, in my opinion! Did you find that your stamina and performance improved?
If you just came off CLX you must have been in fantastic shape already, so you didn't need much of a "foundation" cause you already had it. Give Beta a chance...I know with insanity lost of people didn't see results the first month, and then the second month saw crazy changes. Maybe Shaun-T is giving us that with T25 as well. give it five more weeks!!!!!0 -
oh i don't focus on the scale weight at all, i am fine with my weight, no desire to lose any more... i definitely did get better stamina wise, i remember day 1 i was puffing after 5 min of cardio, but now i can do the whole thing non modified! i really just want less body fat especially on my lower belly. that is my main thing. i can't wait to see what beta does for me, i hope it can give that noticeable before and after pic. Thank you for the positive words and compliments. it's been a long slow journey for me and last dec i figured i would of been at goal, well i was weight wise but not body wise, i still needed to lose body fat. So i figured this year i will only focus on losing body fat. I have 4 months to go and i am not sure i will be at "goal" either... but we will see....0

You look great!! I'm way overweight and sadly gained 4lbs and finished week 4 today with the stretch! Only one more week to go for me till Beta and if I don't lose anything, I'm gonna be so pissed!!! Before T25, I did Turbofire for 17 weeks and lost 17.6lbs!! Guess I will go back to that, I love it anyways. I'm so depressed about not losing that it's really affecting me!!!0

hummm i wonder why no change yet? i know your body is probably holding onto water retention but 4 weeks and nothing? how are you eating, etc any difference from when you did tf?0
