Weekly compertition 19th August

I was thinking to help motivate us I would set some weekly competitions.
Also check out our august competition its not too late to join in.

So this week I challenge you to try a new something new.... this can be anything including a new food, new exercise, or even a new place.

Once you have something write it done and tell us all about it.:smile:

    I started doing dog agility (with my dog of course:). You'd think the dog would be getting more exercise but with all the running around I was exhausted by the end. Great fun though - will be going back and here's hoping it will knock a few pounds off.
  • I tried using my exercise bike during my scheduled lunch breaks, really enjoyed doing this.

    I also have try some new ways of planning my day, I'm not sure if this has really made any changes yet but will see.
