I just want take a moment to congratulate everyone on their individual successes!! Let's all continue to motivate one another by posting our daily workout and DIET. Working out may be the drive of our group but keep in mind that 87% of your weight loss comes from your diet. Next week we will be approaching our midway point!!!!! Let's think of something to make that week a little more exciting. I was thinking maybe throw in a 1 day of all liquids or meeting at a central location to walk/ jog. How about everyone give a suggestion then we vote as a group on what we will like to take on!!!!! So lets submit our ideas by Friday night, vote on Saturday and get prepared on Sunday!!!! Can't wait to here from you all!!!!
