Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie....Saturday wake up call

It's Saturday Morning...beautiful and I am sitting on my deck with puppies around my feet and sipping my, Oh so delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie". There's a lot of things that I can eat that would equal the same calories, but the fact of the matter is...I find this a delicious way to start my day.

I love my nutri bullet...although it doesn't matter what you use any blender will do the job.

1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 TBS of Flax/Chia Seeds (mulled up)
2 TBS PB2 (dried peanut butter which is 85% less fat but packed full of protein)
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 cup of 1% organic milk (no hormones or antibiotics infused into it)

Then I blend it up and have a delicious morning wake up call which really does fill me up.

Give it a try...my reason for trying smoothies is to help with direct absorption so that I can exercise more effectively early on

    It is so funny that you posted the recipe for this because the second I saw it on my news feed I immediately got on the group page so I could ask you how you made it. YOU BEAT ME TO THE PUNCH!!! It sounds so tasty!!!

    It's delicious and it quenches my need for something sweet and its all healthy! How great is that?
