    Taking a rest day. Monday will be phase 3 of strength training TUFF & I will be ready!

    Good day Sunday ladies...

    I was out of town most of the day on Saturday and didn't check-in. Of course, it was a rest day same as today. I gear up for the 3rd phase of our TUFF routine...heavier weights with even lesser reps than phases 1 & 2.

    I've been MIA for a few days. I just read the last few days and it looks like you guys are doing great.

    Happy belated anniversary, Pam! Hubby and I are going on four years in October and I look forward to making it to where you are.

    I haven't done much this week, just enjoying my last week of "sleeping in" until 8:30-9:00 am. Starting tomorrow it's 6:00 am wake up with the kiddos back to school. I did go for a run in the rain a few days ago. I loved it, especially since it cooled things off a bit. I managed to run 25 minutes (~2.5 mi) straight, and including my warm up and cool down walks clocked in ~3.26 mi in 35 minutes. I'll check back in later to see what everyone is up to on their "lazy" Sunday!

    Still @beach & checking in from fon. Did some planks yestday & now sore abs today. This Summer has wrecked me & I'll be starting from the beginning again on evthing. But the beginning is where the most progress is made anyway, right? Oh yeah, had FRESH (untreated) pistachios today: Y-U-M!

    Sherry: Hope you're having a blast at the beach! Pistachios sound yummy!

    Pam and dmm: Enjoy your rest day! I know that tomorrow you will be in beast mode!

    Today's workout (heading to buffalo wild wings tonight for brother in law's birthday...rest day was not an option)

    25 minute walk with my pupper
    2 minutes running up stairs (with 2 minute walking back down...total 4 min)
    10 minutes jogging in place to music.
    Today was a rest day for calisthenics. Tomorrow is week 3 and we take it up a notch.
