Level 1 COMPLETED!!

Hey everyone! Who all has completed level 1? What were your losses at the end of level one?

Mine....I lost 2.4lbs thru level 1 and lost 2 inches on my waist and half an inch on my hips. :heart:

On the other hand my shins are getting tender.....I think I need to start wearing shoes while doing my workouts to see if that helps.

    Great job!!!

    I actually have no idea how many pounds or inches I've lost. I told myself to hold off checking because I have a tendency to get obsessive with the numbers. And too many times I've tried getting healthy and when I didn't see a change in the numbers I'd get discouraged and quit. But I definitely feel better and can see a physical change, namely in my legs.

    Good luck on level 2! I hated it in a great way! :-)

    Thank you! That sounds a lot like me as well....but then I panick when I don't check the scale. Go figure. haha

    I completed level one on Thursday. I lost 2 lbs and an inch off of my waist! I did level 2 on Friday without shoes...it was not a good idea. Good luck with the rest of the shred! :)

    Lost 3 lbs so far. I haven't checked the other measurements yet.

    I did my first day of level 2 last night......with shoes.......and it was better. THank you :wink:

    Finished level 2 tonight. Will be doing level 3 tomorrow. Not sure I'm ready for it.

    Level 3 arms/knees are sore. Can't wait to see the results at the end of the 30 days. I did take a break for 2 days because I wasn't feeling well but I am now back on track.
