looking for some motivation and friends in this journey! My legs are shaking and I'm really sweaty but proud I did it! Add me as a friend if you can share experiences and we can keep eachother on track!
What is the hardest?
What part of this do you struggle the most with? For me it is push ups. I have never been able to do a push up in my life and am not sure I ever will. I have the rest of level 1 down...on day 4 today. BUT for me push ups suck! lol

I finished 30 Day Shred and am pretty happy with the results. I lost 2-2.5 inches in each of the following areas: waist, hips, and each leg. I still want to lose a little more around my hips but after only 30 days I'm very happy with where I ended up. I expected my thighs (which were really the reason I started these…

Hey everyone! Who all has completed level 1? What were your losses at the end of level one? Day 6
Finished day 6. It was a little hard because I fell during yesterday's walk. I scraped my leg and landed on my knees. So, I had to modify push-ups even more because I can't lean on my right knee. We also walked a little over a mile tonight. I'm going to still try to do some of the exercise otherwise, I'll start slacking…
