I finished 30 Day Shred and am pretty happy with the results. I lost 2-2.5 inches in each of the following areas: waist, hips, and each leg. I still want to lose a little more around my hips but after only 30 days I'm very happy with where I ended up. I expected my thighs (which were really the reason I started these workouts) to take the longest to tone but with Jillian she got them toned in 30 days!

I started her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism while I was still doing 30DS and love it. Great cardio! And yesterday I started her No More Trouble Zones. If you like her 30DS and want to do more when you complete it, I'd highly recommend NMTZ.

    CONGRATS!!! Vey inspirational to read this.

    I altered it a bit in that I'm doing 2 solid weeks before moving on to the next level (very OCD personality). And so far, I'm very happy with my results. I'm 24 days into it and have lost 11" so far and 9 pounds. Definintely going to keep it up.
