Clean is difficult to define, so you'll get differing opinions.
I eat them in moderation.0 -
I am going by these lists on CleanProgram.com... The cleanse-diet item has some non-gluten grains: Brown, red, black and wild rice, millet, amaranth, teff, tapioca, buckwheat, quinoa.
I personally have cut out all grains for my first few days cleansing...it seems to help with weight loss and water-retention.
