So I didn't make it through the first cycle due to lack of money. Planning on doing better this coming month. Is there anyone else starting Cycle 1 in September? Let's support each other!

    I started a week ago. Am still too nervous to step on the scale ... no matter what I've done in the past, the numbers never go down.

    Hello everyone today is my day 1 of the 17 day diet. Hope it goes well, I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and haven't had much success. Now I feel determined and ready to lose the weight. Good luck to everyone!

    today I start day 5 and it was weigh -in. After 4 days I am down 1 pound. I'll take it!
