proteins!

Hey everyone,
I'm constantly under count for proteins, I never reach my daily goal. I eat poultry and fish (no seafood, I'm allergic!), no other meat. I looked into beans - I love beans! - but they rather high on carbs. Anyone has a suggestion for high-protein foods, preferably also low cal and low fat?
Thanks!

i get my protein mostly from: quinoa, nonfat greek yogurt, tofu, chia seeds, chickpeas, and kale which i eat regularly. i also do have some organic no-sugar-added whey protein to add to fruit smoothies after a hard workout, but this one will be high on carbs.0

I get a lot of my protein from fish and cheeses (cottage cheese gives a good amount, but I eat all kinds of cheese. lol), then I try to choose veggies, legumes, fruit, gluten free grains & seeds with higher protein amounts. Protein shakes are good too...some are better than others, so you have to look at the protein content vs. carbs.0

I'm always OVER my protein because I eat 3 hard-boiled egg whites in the morning for breakfast. I also drink a protein shake after my workout for recovery. I love beans too so I add them in salads.0

Thanks everyone! I'll increase my intake of chickpeas, especially now that I found a recipe for roasted chickpeas for snack. And I probably just need to kick my lazy butt and make my own protein shakes once in a while.0

I am a gym nut so I usually have a protein shake or bar after every visit. Also veggie, I make sure every meal has fish, egg, milk product or tofu in it.0

I usually try to hit my protein goals by having protein powder (Optimum nutrition or Dymatize) or Quest bars.0
